The recommended sequence for a first reading appears below. Each chapter stands on its own and can be read separately. The whole acquires its full meaning when followed in the proposed order.

About this document

This documentation is public by institutional commitment. The transparency with which Alerta operates requires its architecture to be legible to any interested reader. Version 0.2 is an editorial draft. The definitive version requires ratification by the three constitutional chambers described in Article IV.

The documentation is maintained every Monday. Constitutional amendments are announced two weeks in advance. Observations, corrections and proposals can be directed to the editorial contact.
