Saphi Intelligence is the multi-agent platform developed by Saphi International that assists the operation of Alerta. It operates under the constitutional limits of Article X. Twelve specialist agents compose the constellation.

The founding rule
Saphi Intelligence assists the operation of Alerta. It never replaces it. Every consequential decision regarding identified persons rests with an identified, responsible and traceable person. This rule is formalized in Article X and constitutes an unmodifiable founding commitment.
All prose generated by the constellation carries a visible indicator of computational assistance. The omission of that indication constitutes a constitutional violation. The audit of compliance with this rule is the responsibility of Agent 12 and the editorial team.
The architecture
Each agent operates within a bounded functional perimeter. The agents communicate with each other through a common message protocol. No agent accesses the functions of another outside the documented channels. This architecture prevents the silent expansion of the scope of algorithmic decision.
The constellation is subject to annual external audit together with the rest of the platform accounts in accordance with Article XII.
