Alerta operates through four independent yet articulated interfaces. Each surface attends to a specific role and respects the same constitutional commitments.
The four surfaces
vigia.alerta.earth
The field operational interface. Designed for mobile use. Vigías document observations, complete their training path, consult their accumulated trust and receive weekly editorial cards. The observation submission flow is optimized for rapid capture with Agent 02 assistance in the subsequent triage.
admin.alerta.earth
The institutional dashboard of the editorial team. Includes the unified moderation queue, the master review system of entities (Vigías, Observers, Creators, Expertos, Aliados, Corporate Partners, Government Agencies, Press Contacts), the management of the Public Agenda, and the financial reports of Article XII.
aliados.alerta.earth
The portal for partner businesses and institutions. Aliados accept seeds, manage their redemptions, consult their activity overview and receive the transfer in fiat currency in accordance with the redemption floor protocol. The "Mark as used" flow is documented in the Aliado operating manual.

The articulation between surfaces
The four surfaces share a common data backend. Decisions taken in admin are reflected in vigia and in aliados. Observations documented in vigia enter the admin queue. Redemptions registered in aliados adjust the balances in vigia. Consistency between surfaces is the responsibility of the editorial team and is audited by Agent 11.
